Azienda Agricola Monte Matello is located in the heart of the Euganean Hills, a
territory renowned for its high-quality viticulture and agriculture. Here, with passion
and respect for nature, we cultivate our Pinot Noir, a refined wine that best
expresses the unique characteristics of our volcanic soil. Our vineyards, managed
using organic methods, produce an elegant and complex wine, a true symbol of our
region’s identity.

Alongside the vineyards, our centuries-old olive trees yield a fine extra virgin olive
oil, distinguished by its intense aromatic profile and meticulous processing, which
preserves all its beneficial properties.

We also dedicate great attention to the cultivation of aromatic plants and seasonal
vegetables, offering a wide variety of medicinal herbs and fresh produce that enrich
our selection, always prioritizing freshness and biodiversity.

Villa Marani offers an exclusive welcome in a unique setting, where you can choose
from two types of stay:

  • Rent one of the 4 independent apartments, each tastefully furnished and
    equipped with all the comforts for a relaxing experience.
  • Rent the entire villa, which includes the 4 apartments, a large shared kitchen, and
    a spacious living-dining room, ideal for groups or families who want to experience
    the villa in total privacy.

The maximum capacity of the property is 10 guests, ensuring intimacy and
tranquility.

Welcome to Agriturismo Villa Marani! Nestled in the picturesque Euganean Hills, our
agriturismo offers authentic hospitality, organic products, and a close connection
with nature. Discover our services:

Accommodation and Services

  • Apartments: Two-room units for 2-4 people (€60-200/night). Each apartment is
    equipped with a kitchen and private bathroom.
  • Breakfast: A rich and wholesome breakfast is available upon reservation for €10
    per person.
  • Farm Products: Purchase our extra virgin olive oil and organic wine directly from
    the farm.
  • Recommendations for Visits and Excursions: Explore historic villages, local
    wineries, nature trails, and traditional restaurants in the area.

Tourist Tax

The municipality of Teolo applies a tourist tax of €1 per person for guests over 16
years old. For more information, please check the official website. This tax is not
included in the accommodation price and will be calculated separately.

Service Charter – Hospitality Rules

House Rules

  • Smoking is strictly prohibited in all indoor areas of the agriturismo. Guests may
    smoke in the garden, using the provided ashtrays.
  • Cleaning during the stay is available upon request and at an additional cost.
  • Facilities: Free Wi-Fi, secure parking, washing machine and drying rack available
    upon request (€5 per wash), library with books on the Euganean and Padua
    regions.
  • Waste Sorting: Please dispose of waste in the dedicated containers inside the
    apartments: general waste, organic waste, glass, paper, plastic, and cans.
  • Pets are not allowed inside the apartments.

Nearby Services

  • In the nearby village of Bastia di Rovolon, you will find a supermarket, pharmacy,
    and bakery, open even on Sunday mornings (9 AM - 12 PM) during the market.
  • The nearest hospitals are in Padua (23 km) and at the Abano Terme Polyclinic (12
    km).

Check-in & Check-out

  • Check-in: Between 4 PM and 8 PM. If arriving outside these hours, please inform
    us in advance.
  • Check-out: By 10 AM on the day of departure.




How to Reach Us

By Car

Agriturismo Monte Matello is just 10 minutes from the center of Teolo and about 30
minutes from Padua. Recommended motorway exits:

  • A13: Terme Euganee exit
  • A31: Albettone-Barbarano exit
  • A4: Grisignano exit

By Public Transport

  • From Padua: Take Busitalia lines E017, E018, or E019 departing from Padua
    railway station. Schedules are available on the "BUSITALIA Veneto" app. Get off
    at the Treponti di Teolo stop. From there, a scenic bike path leads to the
    agriturismo. Note: The last 500 meters have a 60-meter elevation gain as the
    property is located on a hill.
  • Additional Services: Shuttle service or bike rental available upon request.
  • From Venice: Take a train to Padua, then follow the bus directions above.
